1. Having short meeting with the head directior of Municipal Resources Department - Chen Ai Lu

• Self introduction about name, nationality, and educational background
• Having clearer understanding about the expectation from director
• Director request to write a short summary about what we did and learnt monthly in one page
• Giving comment about the working experience in forest city last week
• Giving opinions about supervisor

2pm

1. Visit Forest City Golf Field working site

• Follow the supervisor and understand the design plan
• Having discussion with the contractor about the plan for installing underground power supply pipe
• Check the location for underground water supply pipe by referring the marking done by other contractor
• Uncertain location as the marking done is not clear
• The water supply pipe supposed to locate away about 1m above away from the power supply pipe
• It is better to install the water supply pipe before the power supply pipe

1. Double check with the contractor responsible for installing water supply pipe

• Fully understand the design plan of water supply pipe
• Check the location of pipe along the roads
• The location of power supply pipe has to extend further away from the expected location
• Do marking for the power supply pipe
• Come out with agreement that the installation of power supply pipe should be done after the water supply pipe
