1. Do some corrections on the work memo
2. Submit the work memo to supervisor for checking
3. Request sign from head director and hand over to integrated information department
4. Help supervisor to write the work memo for construction progress penalty
5. Visit P4 site

• The workers group together but doing nothing at the water valve construction
• Take photos that could added in the work memo

         6. Visit P26 site

• The on-site manager absent and the worker idle
• Take photo that could added in the work memo
• Observe the progress of water supply piping

2pm

1. Visit the P26 site

• At the P26 front end, there exist few low voltage power supply well did not being sand backfilling
• Take some photos that could added in the work memo for penalty
• The main problem of contractor is the on-site manager fail to manage the worker and result progress delay
• At the P26 rear end, the high voltage power supply well are being digged out but haven't proceed with solutions

• Check the progress along the P26 site regions
