1. Visit PTP sites as happens traffic light malfunction

• Technicians from Cahaya Naluri is fixing the problem
• Observe the technicians figure out the reason of traffic light malfunction
• Reason figured out: Accident on traffic light cause the cables become loosen and lost connection
• Test the connection of wires and check the conditions of traffic light

• The traffic light problem is fixed and now can function properly
• Convey the messages from supervisor to Cahaya Naluri's technicians (better to ensure the same thing not happen again, do more preventive measures on the cable)
• Confirm with technicians that they will come and fix the problem if problem outbreak
• Visit Golf Resort Site
• Change the water meter with a brand new meter
