9am

1. Receive task from supervisor to check the road boundary lines and municipal infrastructure red line then make sure there are enough space for integrated pipeline network
2. Visit P26 site region

• Meet the contractor who responsible for constructing the road and drainage piping
• Check the road boundary lines and compare with the design drawings
• Measure the distance between the road boundary line and drainage piping
• P26 front and middle part are satisfied with the design drawing
• P26 rear end are not satisfied with the design drawing
• Will conduct a meeting with all contractor and have a short visit on P26 region and put all the visible markings to prevent mistakes
• Realise the importance of coordination between different contractor before construction

2pm

1. Visit P26 site region

• Go with supervisor and meet the road and bridge department, road contractor and pipeline contractor
• Discuss about the construction of integrated pipeline network based on the design drawings
• The road contractor does mistake and required to redo again as it dig the wrong trenches according to the design drawings
• At the P26 rear end, there is insufficient space for the low-voltage power supply pipeline as the drainage pipe is on progress
• Discuss with all related contractor and come out with appropriate solutions
• The main problem is the well consume a lot of available space
• Decide to move the drainage inside abit so there is sufficient space for the construction of low-voltage power supply pipeline
• Inform the contractor to complete the high-voltage power supply pipeline at P26 rear end today
• Remind them to solve the safety and housekeeping problems to prevent further penalty
• Given task by supervisor that required to check the boundary lines again and again
