9am

1. Visit Golf Resort Site

• On the way to golf resort site, we passby the PTP traffic light and found out the traffic light is malfunction again as raining
• Contact the Cahaya Naluri company to come and fix the problem
• The pipe jacking process is completed but there is small part of pipe appear from the ground
• Contact the contractor to cut the pipe and cover it back with lawn for beautiful purpose

         2. Visit the site for location amendment of power supply and water supply piping

• The power supply piping is completed 70%
• The water supply piping is completed 80%
• The connection at the interface is not completed by contractor
• Taking some photos that could added in presentation slides

2pm

1. Compiling all the translated documents together
2. Check the whole documents again
3. Submit the translated files to supervisor
4. Visit the site again and meet the contractor

• Seeking opinions from contractor  about the way of connecting the formal pipe and temporary pipe
• Having discussion and come out with decision
• The pipe buried process and sand back-filling must be completed before 7th July
• Remind contractor to prepare the materials needed for the pipe connection
• The pipe connection process will be implemented on 7th and supervisor will monitor to ensure not causing any damage on power supply cable

1. Having meeting with head director, Road&Bridge Department, Design Studio, and Design Management Department

• Discuss the main problems faced when doing the construction project in Golf
• Discuss the possible solutions and come out with final decision
• Helping supervisor to take the important notes
• Write a summary minute of meeting and submit to supervisor
