9am

1. Follow my supervisor to go P26 site
2. Require to do work memo
3. Understand the construction progress of P26
4. Take photos that could added into the work memo

• For P26 front end, the well for water supply not properly covered by contractor
• The materials for other contractor are not moved and block the route for construction of integrated pipeline network
• Contact the contractor to help remove the items in order to ease our construction
• For P26 middle, the equipment is ready and start digging the trenches for DN1000 water supply pipe
• Coordinate with the contractor to put the barricade lines for construction
• Found out problem, the well is not properly constructed at the right place, as located cross the red line
• Contact the contractor to allocate the well which should be within the red line
• Also inform the contractor to use the equipment to break the road structure in order to dig trenches

         5. What the contractor company should do after on-site visit

• Self inspection
• Strong coordination and management
• Standard working procedure
• Efficient and effective communication

1. Attend the meeting between head director, contractor and supervisor to discuss about the construction at P26
2. Visit P26 site

• For P26 middle, part of the water supply pipe is installed and connected followed by sand backfilling process
• Inform the contractor to speed up the backfilling process in order to open road ensure smooth flow of vehicle for project department
• There is a part that have problem on the design drawing
• Group up the road and bridge department, contractor, resources department to discuss about the solutions
• Already come out with solutions after coordination and communication
• Gain more knowledge about the integrated pipeline network from supervisor by asking questions
• Take photos for added in the work memo
