9am

1. Attend the weekly meeting

• Understand the STP1 (sewage treatment plant) post evaluation: lack of experience contractor result huge loss in cost required, learn the lesson and come out with solutions
• Understand the progress of projects handled by the road and bridge department: focus on safety civilization and keep the progress of P4/5/26 on track
• Jot down some important notes from the presentation from my supervisor about the P4/5/26 and International School
• End of this month, complete the P26 integrated pipeline network
• Coordinate with the landscape department to solve the protruding well
• Understand the Golf progress: main problem is the sludge mud soil condition deteriorate the construction difficulty 
• Advice from head director: be proactive when handling problems, put all the best foot forward to settle a problem, try complete the submission of buildings in these few months

2pm

1. Visit P26 region

• At the P26 rear end region, the sewage pipe is damaged by the road contractor and required to dig out all the pipes and check whether it result corresponding damage on other part
• As the pipe is connected with rubber materials, it is compulsory to dig out all pipes instead of digging out the damaged parts only
• Take photos before damaged and after damaged, then road contractor required to bear the losses
• Is better to dig out all pipes as the inspection from IWK on sewage piping is running using the CCTV, if there are damaged on hidden part and cannot pass the inspection, it is required to destroy the road structure in the future, hence it will result a larger loss
• At P26 front part, Li De Wu, after discussing with the road and bridge department, the sewage pipe construction will start from other end
• At the P26 middle part, already inform the Giant Leap construction company to clear the building materials as it prohibit the breaking road process
• At the P26 middle part, there is septic tank that used by the workers and block the breaking road path and already seek the permission of person in charge to clear the tank

         2. Visit International School

• Found the part where leaking occurs and already inform the contractor come and fix it asap
• Contact the landscape to fix the protruding well with grass turfing
