9am

1. Visit International School street lantern site

• All the lantern foundation and lamp pipe are installed completely
• The lantern are allowed to operate for 4 hours to make sure the condition is safe and sound
• There are two lantern not operate well as the bulbs are broken

         2. Visit P4 site region

• The high voltage power supply piping are damaged by other contractor and awaiting recovery process
• Urge the contractor to speed up the construction process of drainage pipe so the recovery can be started
• The electricity cables will be installed in the pipe on next week
• Inform the contractor to press on the housekeeping process as the water-safety barriers are stacked and placed over the site
• The unused materials are not handled properly

         3. Visit P26 site region

• Found the areas that can be broken in order to dig the trenches for DN700 water supply pipe
• Inform the contractor to use the machine to break the road instead of letting the machine idle
• Inform the project department to evacuate the building materials as it block the path for breaking the roads
• Also inform the contractor to use the warning tape, signage and fence if there are trenches haven't being sand backfilling and the cars which parking at the construction areas blocks the construction process
• Press on the safety civilization

1. Help supervisor to arrange the problems happening in P4,P26,P52 and International School
2. Gather all the data available and sort the information

5pm

1. Visit P26 rear end and have a on-site meeting with contractor

• Discuss the problems exist and effective solutions
• Discuss the issue about safety and housekeeping of construction site

6pm
