1. At office

• Receive notice that Country Garden head company will send some crew for inspection on the safety and housekeeping issues of Forest City
• Prepare materials and write work memo to notify the contractor to press on the issues and carry out relative preventive measures
• Seek signature from head director of our department in order to proceed the work memo to contractor

         2. Visit P26 site region

• Check sewage pipe construction progress
• The connection of DN900 sewage pipe to STP is completed
• The crossroad DN300 sewage pipe is completed as well
• The slight tilt foundation for sewage pipe is in the fixing process, JCB is digging the trenches again
• Meet some problems as building materials blocks the way for JCB moving
• Coordinate and inform the related department to remove those building materials
• DN600 sewage pipe materials still not delivered
• The sewage pipe progress is about 70%

2pm

1. Visit P26 site region

• The sewage pipe construction progress is delayed due to the absence of pipe
• Being informed that the pipe will only come tomorrow and 15th
• Last time inspection from SAJ do not pass due to the distance between power supply manhole and water supply pipe do not meet the requirements
• Contractor already do amendment
• Check the pressure gauge along water pipe of P26 together with the contractor
• The air pressure is satisfied and inform the contractor to fence the warning tape around the pressure gauge
