1. Visit golf site as happens emergency situation during late night Saturday

• Other contractor company cause damage on the 11kV main power supply pipe line when doing construction works
• However, there are danger signs provided and we did inform the contractor to be more careful
• Department will implement monetary punishment on the contractor company
• The golf hotel is facing power outage
• The golf hotel forced to buy diesel to run electricity generator in order to supply the temporary power supply
• This solution is not long lasting, as the generator need to rest 20minutes after operating for 24 hours

         2. Visit site to observe the seriousness of the problem

• The pipe is damaged but already suit the remedies to the case by reconnecting the power supply pipe using cold welding
• Asking TNB to re-operate the electric panel but cannot function, so there must still exist defects
• Asking person in charge come to site to trace back the location where defects happen

         3. Visit site where location amendment of water supply and power supply

• Current situation need to rush these construction works as the generator solution cannot rush long
• Urge the contractor who responsible for water supply piping to speed up the progress then only power supply piping can be initiated
• Meet with power supply piping contractor to use the pipe jacking method at the place in front of golf hotel

1. Re-visit the damaged piping location

• Already trace the defects and apply cold welding on the damaged parts
• Re-connect the damaged power supply piping
• Require to do the testing

         2. Supervisor suspects that the power supply wrong connection could happens as they might connect to that abandoned power supply line

• They connect the abandoned power supply line and that's why it is still not function
• Identify the correct piping and apply the cold welding for reconnnection
• Awaiting TNB staffs come to site to switch on the electric panel that require for testing

         3. Visit site where location amendment of water supply and power supply

• Check the progress
• The water supply piping is placed into the grooved digged
• Need to apply sand backfilling
• The water supply piping can be completed today
• The power supply piping materials and machines are already standby at the site
• The piping work can be started by tomorrow
