9am

1. Visit P26 site region

• Check the sewage pipe construction progress at the rear end
• Instruct the sandbackfilling
• DN600 pipe delivery process is delayed and cement mixture for foundation expected to do during afternoon
• Supervise the progress
• Verify another crossroad sewage pipe location DN300 according to the design drawing. This is for plot which not been developed yet

         2. Visit P52 site region

• Check the sewage manhole closure
• Inform the contractor to close the manhole and press on the safety and housekeeping issues

2pm

1. Visit P26 site region

• Make sure all water meter are cared and fenced with the warning tape for SAJ inspection
• Take photos and inform all related department to take care the meter
• Check the sewage pipe construction progress at rear end
• The pipe availables places are sand backfilling and already left a way that allow vehicles to travel
• The cement foundation seems slight tilt and inform the contractor to fix it as it will affect the CCC inspection
• The DN300 crossroad sewage pipe for future development plot start and estimated complete by today
• The last sewage pipe that connects to STP3 will be completed by today

         2. Back to office

• Write work memo: Inform contractor to remove all concrete pieces and the cost will be calculated by Cost Management Department
• Write work meom: Inform contractor to press on the safety and housekeeping issues attached along with the photos as CGPV safety authority will come for inspection
