9am

1. Visit construction site
2. Checking the progress of contractor on P-4 and P-5 regions
3. Problem of water pipe keep cannot pumped to 15bar is identified, that means there must be certain reasons
4. Identify the problem causing the delay of work (the underground pipe unable to pass the water pressure test)
5. Analyse the possible reasons leading to problem

• poor connnection at interface,
• loose bolt and nut
• great vibration from heavy vehicles lead to crack in piping

2pm

1. Checking the pipeline meetpoint whether exist leakage by digging out the valve

• Small accident happens as the mechanical digger machine cause damage on the TELEKOM piping

1. Checking the pipeline is connected tightly
2. Checking the progress at P-26 regions

• Check the well is installed and connected with the pipe then covered back with sand and clay
• The digging process is delayed as the digging machine in short
• Face-to-face communication with the contractor and discuss the solution to recover the delay progress
• Checking the location whereby construction work is carried out in order to make sure will not affect other company

• Off from work
