1. Visit P26 site region

• Check the progress of worklist
• Check all the pressure gauge along P26 and make sure above 15bar
• Some of the pressure gauge's pressure drop below 15bar and hence take photos and update to contractor come and fix it
• Today contractor's consultant go SAJ to discuss again the next inspection date after amendment
• Check the progress of sewage pipe construction
• DN600 sewage pipe keep getting delay and inform the contractor to coordinate and urge as supposed finished at 10th Aug
• Coordinate contractor to do the Elv Telekom pipe and last manhole as already left for one week
• Country Garden safety authorities come and check the site safety and found out the concrete foundation for sewage pipe not satisfied and meet requirements
• Inform contractor to redo the foundation and take photos hence send to authorities

1. Visit P26 site region

• Opinion from SAJ regarding the crossover water and power supply pipe: using box culvert and make sure the distance between top of box culvert and bottom of water pipe must be greater than 700mm
• Coordinate the contractor come P4 and take the box culvert
• Check the progress for Elv (Telekom) pipe
