- Having short tour
- Learn the geographical location of Forest City and its advantages
- Learn the current development phase of Forest City
- Watch videos (introduce Country Garden Forest City project)
- Learn the basic knowledge about creating a smart city
- Learn the important features and requirements for creating a smart city
- Planning Management Course
- Learn the develop logic for a 40-floor buildings
- Learn the importance of coordination and supervision
- Learn the process going through when hand over the buildings
- Forest City ongoing project introduction course
- Having deeper understanding about the milestone of Forest City, district division, project out of island
- Learn the product of Forest City (bungalow, villa, grand residence, hotels and golf villa)
- Learn the basic infrastructure, life packages and values of a city that should consist of
- Jot down all the important notes from the course which could add inside the industrial training report
