9am

1. Visit International School regions

• Meet the contractor and ensure the construction process
• Change the temporary street lamp foundation to a formal one
• Contact the landscape department to inform them will dig trenches then recover back

         2. Visit P26 regions

• Take photos regarding safety and site housekeeping for added in work memo
• Check the progress of construction
• Meet problem that project department do not hand over the site on date and hence the integrated pipeline network construction cannot proceed
• Materials for project department block the route for water supply, high and low voltage power supply
• Write work memo and attach the photos to project department in order to clear the site within two days
• At P26 end, the location amendment of high voltage power well is ongoing but not completed

1. Help supervisor to write the work memo
2. Visit P26 site
3. Take photos regarding the unsafe act and conditions in the construction site
4. The problem in P26 end region is due to design problem after finding road and bridge department for discussion
5. As the well is located within the red line, so it is required to move the well but there is no space outside the red line as the drainage pipe is already completed
6. Will discuss this again with supervisor and come out with appropriate solution with minimum risk
