1. The power supply cable problems is fixed

• The constant supply of electricity is ensured but this is not last long solution
• However, the power supply cable location amendment project must be completed asap.

         2. Visit the site where location amendment projects ongoing

• The water supply pipes are placed appropriately in the digged groove
• The sand backfilling process is ongoing
• The materials and machines of BVB company (for power supply cables) are already prepared at the site
• The digging process is ongoing

        3. Visit PTP street lamp site

• The electricity cables are already planted and awaiting street lamp samples
• Take some photos that could add in the presentation slides

       4. Helping supervsior to create and send the project contact list

• Create the project contact list for BVB company to do pipe jacking
• Create the project contact list for ShengHui Lamp company to urge the construction work

1. Attend the meeting

• Discuss about the problems faced for the golf resort
• The most serious problem is the sewage treatment pipeline
• Due to the soil around mangrove swamp is soft and wet, the foundation for the integrated pipeline network problem is highlighted
• The sewage pipeline is supposed to be planted under the road and due to the above conditions, the pipeline and road could be damaged after a long time
• Discussing about the appropriate solutions

                 a. Make thick pile

                 b. The work must be done quickly to prevent the sludge from spurting and have to use ductile iron pipe (DI)

                 c. Change the positions of pipeline by placing the sewage pipeline adjacent to the road

• Outcomes of meeting

                 a. Have to discuss the design plan with the design department

                 b. Come out with a list of solutions along with its advantages, disadvantages and possible risk

                 c. Come out with a list of solutions along with its estimated cost after discussing with experienced contractor companies

• Discuss these again on the next meeting on Friday
