Week 5 part 2

Today Mr Tajul and I went to Ampang intake diversion pipe mini dam, we did some modification and upgrade on the existing pipe filter, smaller filter grill hole were used to prevent sand from entering the pipe.

In the afternoon, we did a water flow rate test for all the diversion pipe. Time reading were taken every 15 minutes for 3 hours (2.30pm to 5.30pm).

Today I did some calculation and data processing for the flow rate test performed yesterday. Basics fluid mechanic formula are used to calculate the flow rate. The flow rate data for all pipe were presented in a graph.
