After reviewing the interns' monthly reports, the director's secretary found out that there were some mistakes made and asked us to correct them.
I had to shorten the paragraphs as the report written was too long.
Since the report is written in Mandarin, I needed to correct some grammatical errors too.
I was informed that SKMB undergraduates are required to choose their final year project lecturer individually.
After studying the research areas of each lecturer, I made my choice and submitted the google form, by choosing 3 lecturers out of 9.

Tuesday
Today Mr. Su asked me to get familiar with documents of project bidding.
He sent me several examples of project bidding, together with individual attachments.
I had been instructed to handle the documents regarding project bidding for both general contractors and sporadic projects.
After lunch break, Mr. Su instructed me and another interns to count the number of street lights along the Forest City Highway.
This is because there will be relocation of single-arm street light poles.
The number of single-arm street light poles are 82, which are equivalent to 41 pairs. Among them, 6 pairs cannot be removed, so only 35 poles can be relocated from the 35 pairs.
After went back to office, under Mr. Su guidance, I completed the bidding project for "Water Pipeline Relocation Along Golf Course Site" and submitted it to Mr. Su afterwards.

Wednesday
In the morning, I studied the Permohonan Pelan Jalan dan Perparitan through AutoCAD drawing.
Together with other interns, we paid a visit to P4, P5 and P26 site to inspect on the progress of water and electric pipeline.
I observed the steps to install the water pressure gauge on water supply pipes.
Besides, I also learned more knowledges about installation of low voltage electrical manholes, which is for maintenance and checking purpose.

Thursday
Today, most of the time had been spent on assisting lawyer, Mr. Lam Kin Fei in finding companies expertized in providing borehole testing and survey service.
The task was not easy as I needed to contact many companies to find suitable companies, and few of the geotech-related companies really provide the testing.
The purpose is to ask for the price quotation for borehole testing for 150 acres land.
Confirmation had been made for 2 companies, which are Geolab (M) Sdn Bhd and Edgenta Environmental & Material Testing Sdn Bhd (also known as UEM EDGENTA).
I had asked both companies about the attachment required for enquiry on quotation for borehole testing and survey service.
After finishing the task, a Word file was made to fulfill the requirements of Mr. Lam, with all the address, contact, email, company details and other necessary information.

Friday
I assisted Mr. Su in replying email to Mr. Hasfazri from Bras Ventures Berhad (BVB).
The purpose of this email is to shorten the period of time required by BVB for material arrival at site.
This shows that BVB is not having harmonious connection with the material supplier as it takes too long for material to arrive.
I emphasized on the importance of taking appropriate actions and the stance of Mr. Su in resolving this issue.
Before lunch break, I spent those free time by polishing my AutoCAD skills through online tutorial.
After lunch break, there was a weekly meeting from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm as usual.
For STP 1,2 and 3, the progress does not follow the time grid fixed.
Dr. Chen Ai Lu emphasized on the importance of safety and civilized construction, as well as project management to avoid chaos during construction.
PIC for each module must be responsible for time management and improve their awareness in management.
