In my department, there is a network drive for everyone in the department to upload their PPT for weekly meeting or other documents.
I learned the way to connect to the network drive called Resource Management, and found out that there are many documents inside.
Being taught by my colleague on the steps to gain access to the department network drive, I am able to take a look on AutoCAD drawing, Excel, Word and PDF files.
These documents can help me to understand better the company information and project details.
I focused on the file entitled Integrated Pipeline Network and Street Lights.
I had gained deeper understanding on low voltage system that it is used for building, airport, terminal, railway, highway etc.
There are 4 main categories under low voltage system, including Building Equipment System, Safety & Security System, Intelligent Property Management System and lastly Network Information Service System.
For Golf's site project, Mr. Su told me that there will be temporary less things to do since the water and electric pipeline replacement had been done.

Tuesday
In the morning, I followed Mr. Kong to go to Golf's site to supervise the cable cutting works which are under the responsibility of Bras Venture Berhad (BVB).
Another intern and I took several photos at different sites as instructed by Mr. Kong.
We found out that the workers from BVB had not arrived yet, and a call was immediately being made by Mr. Kong to the person in charge
After lunch break, I had a look at the AutoCAD drawing for integrated pipeline system stored in the network drive.
There was a debriefing session conducted every half year and every employee is required to explain individual job scope, achievement and work done.
I found the PPT slides presented by my department's colleague last time and had a close look on them. This can help me understand better on each person role in department.
Then, I assisted Mr. Su and Mr. Kong to conduct inspection on the Golf's site.
For BVB, the moment we arrived, the workers were still resting. For KH, the excavation of water pipe was still in progress (total pipeline length to be cut is about 1.1 km) and several issues during work had been discussed.

Wednesday
At 9.10 am, Mr. Kong, Mr. Su and I went to Golf's site (or also known as Golf Plot) to do a final checking on the progress of relocation & replacement of pipeline.
Upon arrival, we met with the Khidmat Hijau (KH) foreman called Ah Fa and we were informed that the excavation had been finished, with all the selected water pipes being taken out from trench.
We also met with workers from Bras Ventures Berhad (BVB) to understand the current progress for final stage of pipeline replacement.
There will be a carnival for children named "Together with Children" on this coming Friday. Admin in my department suggested that interns can take part in this activity and director, Dr. Chen Ai Lu had approved this suggestion.
This activity involves 240 students from primary and secondary school. The volunteers need to guide these students to Sales Gallery, Restaurant and Commercial Streets.
In the evening, I made some researches for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). After reading through the PPT prepared by Dr. KK on debriefing, I want to understand and study deeper in this field.
I had learnt that there are many kinds of sewage forms under Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (IWK), including Form WSIA PDC/1 to /9.
To meet the requirements set by IWK, although Forest City has its own design concept, negotiations had to be done between FC and IWK to reach an agreement on modifications with regards to technology, facility and landscape.
I also drive company car and brought along engineer Mr. Yuan and another intern to inspect the Plot 5, Plot 26 and Shattuck St. Mary's International School site.

Thursday
Around 9 am, Mr. Yuan (Municipal Engineer) led me and another intern to solve the problem occurred in Plot 4 and Plot 26 site.
There was misunderstanding of contractor (called Mr. Tan) on AutoCAD drawing that caused wrong location of electrical wells at P26 site.
The distance between two wells was too close.
A discussion had been held between contractor and Mr. Yuan.
After clarifying and clearing the confusion, we also inspected the progress of drainage pipes, water supply pipes and excavation for electric cable's trench.
After lunch break, there was a weekly meeting as usual, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
The meeting started with presentation from Mr. Yeap entitled P3 CCC Post Review.
CCC is Certificate of Completion and Compliance which includes Forms G1 to G21. There is also Forms C1, C2 and C3 for Bomba.
For the Chidlren's Carnival tomorrow, I had been selected as Captain of Team A. Therefore, I got myself familiar with the program tentative.
I also made some appropriate arrangement for teammates such as creating wechat group, informing the teammate on latest updates etc.

Friday
Before 9 am, my teammates and I gathered at Phoenix Hotel Floor 3 Room #3008 to collect our event jackets.
Around 11 am, there was a rehearsal which required all participant to take part.
At 1 pm, as team captain, I went to assigned school in Gelang Patah to manage the pick up of children.
As captain, I am required to update the status upon bus arrival at school, when bus heading to Forest City, arriving Forest City highway and returning back to school.
It is necessary for team captain to do the head count after every session/ station.
After children reaching here, we took care of kids and take them to the playground as well as playing games after opening ceremony.
All of us make sure that there is no child get lost or injured.
This Children's Carnival ended at 6 pm today.
