- Currently, SMT Reject has no reject breakdown. Therefore, Mr KL Tang assigned us to think of a way to verify the breakdowns.
- First, we discuss on the significant processes that are involved in SMT Department.
- Then, we narrow down the processes to those that are possible to produce rejects.
- After lunch break, the three of us went to each machine of different processes to inspect several lots.
- The data from these lots are taken for further analysis.
- For example, we collected the data for each lot quantity before and after the processes and compare the quantities with the one that were stated in the Lot Traveller.
