9th of July
Monday
Today I did most of my work at Politeknik Nilai. My task of the day was painting the plywood that I have cut earlier days. The plywood need to be paint with white as we wouldn't want the wooden texture to be seen. In my opinion, painting process is a lot harder than it looks. I need to paint double layer just to get the paint color right. Later that day, I disassemble a buggy project, took apart its electronics and its chair.
So here's what I did
10th of July
Tuesday
Today I'm still doing work at Politeknik Nilai. In the morning, I disassemble a miniature door. It was a project that simulate door locking system using arduino. It use magnetic detector to detect when the door has closed, a keypad sensor to let user enter password and a buzzer to alarm the user. After that, I did a finishing job on the line following robot that I made. Sad news, some of its electrical component burns and exploded because of short circuit. I had to replace a new component for it to working back normal.
11th of July
Wednesday
Today is the fifth day I'm working at Politeknik Nilai. I did a little touch up on the line following robot. I had to move all the electronics into another bigger PVC box as the new electronic parts that I replaced yesterday couldn't fit in well in the old box. In the afternoon, I continue painting plywood for the partition project. Later that day, I went to MAHSA University to return the line following robot to client.
12th of July
Thursday
1. Continue my paint job.
2. I use Smart ECO-PAINTER, water based, to paint all the plywood.
13th of July
Friday
1. Completing my paint job.
2. All of the painted plywood been inspect by my supervisor.
