Monday
1. Made roller for the conveyor.
2. The roller was 3D printed using TRONXY 3D printer.

Tuesday
1. 3D printed a small bucket and few component for a PLC training kit.
2. The PLC training kit was actually a sorting machine for black and white cylinder that use conveyor and senor.
3. The bucket will move left and right pushed by an actuator.
4. A 5/3 way solenoid valve will divert compress air into the actuator to make it pull or push.
6. The valve will be trigger by sensor.
15th of August
Wednesday
1. Testing the PLC training kit.
2. Adjust the conveyor tensioner to make the conveyor move easily.
3. Test the actuator to see if it able to push and pull the bucket.
4. In the evening, the conveyor prototype for the sate machine were tested.

16th of August
Thursday
1. Repair door knob.
2. The hole for the door knob were damage.
3. I cut plywood in square shape and screwed it to the door to make new hole.
4. Door knob successfully changed.
5. In the evening, I had a quick lesson about PLC.
6. The PLC that I used was PANASONIC FP-X C14T

Friday
1. Continue sate machine prototype progress.
2. Made hopper for the prototype.
3. Made skew guiding roller to guide the skew out of the skewer slot and for giving extra push to make the skew exit easily.

18th of August
Saturday
1. Setup new 3D printed. The brand was Creality CR-10 3D printer.
2. This printer can print more precise and accurate with better printing quality. Also equip with pause/resume print.
3. Get hands on 3D printer pen. Really handy.
4. In the evening, I had a quick PLC course with my supervisor.
5. During the session, I manage to programmed the PLC to light up tower lamp with different color correspond to push button that were pressed.
