Monday
Today I made a casing for electronic parts on the robot that I currently working on. I put the Arduinos, motor driver, relay and breadbord nicely in an electrical box. I'm also made a square hole for switch to cut off power supply from battery. Later that day, I learnt a bit of electrical distribution box (db), the component and how it was connected and last but not least, whats individual component do. By the way, there was also a new student doing internship program at the company name Yusfahrizal. Me and him get along quite well.

Tuesday
Today I use 3D print to print a component for conveyor. Most of the time today I spent working on the robot, connecting all the wires, reviewing the coding and doing a little bit of finishing such as tagging wires which was used to indicates what component it was connected to. In evening, I install pendarfluor lamp in the office. I use a special device to mark precisely where I should locate the pendarfluor housing. The device projected a laser beam in straight line. It was very useful to have a device like that especially when doing construction job.
I did this and I used this today :D

Wednesday
Today I learnt about electrical wiring. So basically there were 3 essential wire that are commonly available in household application. Live, Neutral and Ground with red, black and green for its colors respectively. Then I apply what I had learnt by installing ceiling fan. I thought it would be difficult at first, turns out it is a lot simpler than how it's looks.
This was what I did

Friday
Today I went to Polytechnic Nilai because my supervisor told me that we have a project that is to make a partition that will be used in oncoming exhibition. The partition is made from plywood and several aluminium profiles. First task that I did was checking available material in store. After that I sort out plywood that did not meet the required criteria. I finally got the numbers and discussed with Amos further steps need to be taken. After Friday prayer, me and Amos went to Pekan Nilai to buy extra plywood that are needed for the project.
Turns out we short of some material

Today I became a CARPENTER. It was very fun getting a chance to use table saw and cutting a pile of plywood. But the noise that the saw produced was really loud plus the airborne wood dust that irritating my nose was really cutting my mood off. Even with protective gears such as ear muff and mask, those things kept holding me back from letting me finish my works peacefully. In total, I cut 30 8ft x 4ft plywood for today. Those woods actually will be use in upcoming project. All in all, I had fun today.
