I would like to express my profound gratitude to my lecturer of the Technology and Information System course, Dr. Sarina, for being one of the best lecturers I have ever had. Dr. Sarina has always gone above and beyond in the class to ensure that all of the students comprehend the subject. She consistently responds to our requests in class to help us comprehend more about the subject. She also always managed to make the classes enjoyable and light by including us in entertaining activities during class time, which not only made us feel energetic during the class, but also helped us understand the content better. Besides from that, she has always guided us throughout the semester to ensure that we are able to accomplish any tasks assigned to us, and she is willing to hold a special discussion session for us to ask any questions we may have about our assignments. For example, when my group had a misunderstanding during the project's progress for part 2, she convened a WebEx to help us resolve the issues. I would like to express my greatest appreciation to her, since I would not have been able to complete this course successfully without her guidance and assistance. Thank you so much for putting in the effort to provide the greatest possible education to the students in her class. I am really grateful to have her as one of my lecturers for this semester, I really appreciate everything that she has done for me and my classmates.

In my opinion, this subject Technology and Information Systems contributes a lot to my knowledge regarding Software Engineering, which is my major. For instance, as a result of this subject, I gained better understanding on a lot of area such as fourth industrial revolution, cyber security, cloud computing, augmented reality, 5G and WiFi6 to mention a few. I also learned in depth about the technology and information system, such as the web, internet, system, storages, electronic commerce, privacy in computing, information systems, database, programming languages and many more. Not to mention, via the industrial talks held as part of this course, I learned a great deal of knowledge and understanding about the most up-to-date technologies used in our country. I believed that the course is extremely beneficial to myself and the other students in terms of educating us about technologies that have been developed to this day. Aside from academic benefits, this course tremendously helped me in building my soft skills. As an undergraduate student, I was able to improve my skills and attributes through this course. Creative thinking, complex problem solving, teamwork, communication, emotional skills, logical reasoning and many more attributes are among them. By working together in groups to accomplish all the tasks given for us throughout this course, I managed to improve myself and made new friends along the way. This course also taught me to be inventive when it came to developing our own proposed system for our project and learning how to create a low-fidelity prototype. 

My action and plan to develop my potential in the industry is to study and master all of the skills and knowledge required to be an expert on the subject area. As a computer science students, I intend to educate myself to be able to adapt to new technology as it advances.  I will boost my potential in the industry by commencing early practice and exposure to current technology breakthroughs and the effects of modern development on human civilization. As is known, when employing young workers, companies prioritize and prefer those who have a better grasp of technological improvements, thus the knowledge we gained at a young age can benefit us in the future for our job.

 My goal regarding my program Software Engineering is to be a successful software engineer. Aside from that, as a Yayasan Tenaga Nasional scholar, I hope to be able to develop the most cutting-edge software in the future to contribute in technological advancement. I also intend to devote my time to Tenaga Nasional Berhad, since they have been supportive throughout my journey to complete this degree successfully.  Aside from that, I intend to develop a system that would deliver the best possible user experience. I also want to increase my computer science knowledge since, as we all know, computer science is always evolving. Therefore, I intend to master all of the skills necessary for my degree in order to assist in our country's technological growth. I aspire to be able to assist our country in achieving advanced technology in order to improve and enhance our country's development.

To complete the problem solving 1, my team members and I combined together our ideas in completing the tasks and questions. We first exchanged our opinions and understanding and asked each other if what we understand is on track to make sure that we did not misunderstand which could lead us to answer the questions wrongly. Then, we toss our ideas and combined them together as all of us understand the same thing. Question 2 was a lot harder where we had trouble solving the agile question because my team members and I could not fully understand the question and the topic, therefore we took a lot of time than given. My team members are highly cooperative throughout the task.  All of us really worked together as a team to complete the task given to us. Conclusively, the tasks given really helped us to understand better about the topics in software engineering. 

Personally, finishing pr3 was quite a ride because it was a really busy week and there were 5 chapters to be completed in such short time for pr3. We also have to do a lot of meetings and discussion for pr3 because we have to make sure everyone understand how to do chapter 4 clearly as we have to do chapter 4 together (each person was assigned one subsystem). We did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos and lecture notes to make sure that we were on the right track. Despite the hectic week, we managed to complete pr3 as per required by the lecturer before the dateline. My team members and I really gave our best cooperation and work for pr3. Everyone attended the meeting and discussions on time, and exchange ideas, knowledge and understanding. I am really grateful for my teammates for the cooperation given by them for pr3.
