- Reporting into the Quality and Safety Department.

- Briefing on the departments' day to day activities, rules, and the workplace.

- Learn the department organization chart.

- Learn AIROD Quality Manual (AQM).

  - Adopted the "Process Approach".

  - PDCA cycle.

    - Plan - establish the objective of the system and its processes.

    - Do - implemented what was planned.

    - Check - monitor and (where applicable) measure processes and the resulting product and services.

    - Act - take action to improve performance, as necessary.

- PDCA operates as a cycle of continual improvement, with risk-based thinking at each stage.

Tuesday

- Learn about Internal Audit

- AIROD conduct an internal audit at planned intervals to provide information on whether the quality management system

  - conform to:

     - the organization's own requirement for its quality management system.

     - the requirement of the ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9110:2016.

  - is effectively implemented and maintained.

- Learn about Management Review.

- AIROD shall review the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure its continuing suitability adequacy, effectiveness, and alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.

- The review shall include assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for change to the QMS and SMS. 

Wednesday

- Attached to the Safety, Health & Environment Unit.

- Identify the function and responsibilities of the unit.

  - To ensure the safety of the workers at the workplace.

  - To ensure that all department of the company follows the safety procedure to avoid an accident from happening.

- Understand the Safety Program.

  - Safety Program is held to increase the awareness of safety among the staff at the workplace.

  - AIROD offers many safety programs that done either yearly or monthly.
