Monday

2/7/18

- Visiting test cell.

  - To change the carbon seal on the front disc shaft at the front frame of the T58-GE100 engine.

  - Carbon seal needs to be changed because there is a leakage during testing.

  - If not critical, we can just do lapping.

Tuesday

3/7/18

- Visit test cell.

  - The change of carbon seal still in progress.

- Deliver T58-GE100 engine from engine shop to test cell so that the engine can be tested.

- Doing final assembly on T58-GE100 engine that had been tested.

  - Doing finishing

     - Check the engine

     - Apply wire locking at nut and bolt for safety.

Wednesday

4/7/18

- Deliver another T58-GE100 engine from engine shop to test cell so that the engine can be tested.

- Watching engine test run at the test cell.

- Greasing flexible drive shaft for T58-GE100 engine.

Thursday

5/7/18

- Learn to do wire locking.

  - Wire locking is for safety.

  - Also to prevent nut and bolt from loose.

Friday

6/7/18

- Converting T58-GE100 engine from No.1 to No. 2.

  - Only need to remove the power turbine section of the engine.

  - The parts on the side of the exhaust casing is switched 180 degree diagonally.
