Mini Report
This program is a subprogram from Jambori Mahasiswa Johor, which is an online program open to international states. This Adobe Photoshop Workshop was held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. . The objective of this subprogram is to provide knowledge to the participants in using and applying the tools component in Adobe Photoshop software. Besides that, this program aims to sharpen the ability in producing new ideas regarding picture editing, poster, logo, and other graphics, which could be useful for university students. The workshop session was shared by Mr. Marzuqi bin Muhammad, who is our guest panel with a professional background in digital editing. Generally, he teaches us how to use Adobe Photoshop by exploring the components of tools within the software. Overall, I learned a lesson that skills are really needed in editing but the perseverance to follow the teaching process is essential too. There are a few tips I gained from this workshop such as exploring for inspiration from Pinterest or Freepik websites. Nevertheless, plagiarism is a big no. It is important to give credit to the original owner of the media we used as an integrity person.
Reflection
From my role of being a technical committee, I am able to identify my shortcoming while rehearsing in Streamyard for Facebook Live. This is my first time being on a technical committee for a live event. From this program, I am able to apply suggestions from my program director as she has more experience with this role. With a few practices, I am able to stream an event on Facebook Live. It is a good experience and I am able to know the behind the scene flow behind a successful program. This is a crucial role and a new experience and challenge. I do admit, I am not perfect in conducting Facebook Live as there are also technical problems. When working with other committees, I tried to be open with their suggestions and I believe they were too. I realized that adaptability is important for any of our tasks as a student and future employees. As a reflection of a student, joining this kind of program really instill a sense of there are so many things to be discovered. And to trust the process of learning new things really takes time but that is okay.

Mini Report
This program is held in conjunction with FSSH Co-curriculum day, on 24th November 2020. Our session was shared by Dr. Nur Najwa Hanani, a lecturer from Islamic Civilisation Academy regarding the significance of the spiritual element in our daily life. The speaker emphasizes moral values should be instilled and sustained for a better self. This one-hour and 15 minutes slot focuses on potential issues that will arise if we as students are lacking in terms of deciding between good or bad. I would like to share what I have learned from this session. Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. is the best morals role model and every human is a preacher. Akhlak or morals are from the core, which is our soul without the need to think first. As a scholar, a good student has good morals in self. Spirituality grounded is the key to this context. As the result, students would act ethically after reasoning and self-reflecting on certain circumstances. Besides that, the discussion in this program able to highlight the importance to understand the impact of socio-cultural in our daily life.
Reflection
Being a student is not only focus on the academic and co-curriculum aspects. I am aware a stable spirituality can help students to be in composure and have motivation by internal strength. There are many issues involved with corrupted morals which lead to bigger problems. To be honest, the challenges to keep up with good morals are quite hard. This is because we already normalize the bad influences in our life. For example, it seems to be 'okay' to hang out without purpose and to ignore the prohibition in order to gain individual objectives. These examples that we are used to needing to be fixed in conjunction to be a good student and global citizen. I realized that having a clear mindset and good standard morals are essential for students. The spirituality element helps us to reflect before we act

This program is conducted for four series but I managed to join two series. The objective of this program is to educate girl students with acceptable ways in observance or practicing ibadah. The reason I joined this sharing session is to gain knowledge of every detail that needs to be covered especially as a woman. This first series is shared by Ustazah Rahmawatulhusna as an Islamic affairs officer from UTM Islamic Centre. This talk emphasizes the 'Fiqh Thaharah dan Darah' topic which is an essential aspect to be focused on by every Muslim woman. The meaning of Fiqh is Islamic jurisprudence that needs full comprehension. Therefore, the scholarship graduate attributes were focused on as we as participants need to seek and manage relevant information from various sources. I can conclude that this session actually helps us to receive knowledge from several Fiqh books. This session took one hour and thirty minutes and received positive feedback during the Q&A session.
Reflection
I realized that there is so much Islamic knowledge that we need to take seriously. There are many issues discussed that I have not known before. It is eye-opening to realize even an overlook of certain steps affects the legal condition of prayer. Seeking new knowledge is not only applied to students but applied to every human. I am aware of seeking new information from experts and attend discussions helps us to be knowledgeable. This statement also indicated to me as a scholar need to keep on joining other programs to gain other knowledge with more details. There are requirements needed before we performing prayer, recite Al-Quran, and fast. I found out there are challenges in applying what I have learned from the session as it takes time to normalize the new routine in my daily life. Therefore, seeking new knowledge is important for us to improve in our daily life.

Throughout the planning of this program, I realized that communicating with other members is important. There are a few conflicts that arose but with several discussions, we managed to give and take. I acknowledge that every view should be respected. As my first time being in Live, I managed to overcome my fright and awkwardness.

Mini Report
This sharing session is held to create awareness of ethics and civilization reinforcement among students. The talk is shared by Dr. Hairol Anuar Haji Mak Din as director of the Graduate Centre from KUIS. He emphasized the sustainability of ethics in student life. There were also several issues discussed in this session related to the diversity and dynamics of culture in Malaysia. It is essential to learn and remember our history in order to respect each other and sustain harmony in our beloved country.
Reflection
I realized to sustain our unique ethics and civilization is quite challenging due to globalization. I believe we need to discard the negative mentality in learning history as a boring subject. History is the way the past wants to let us know the importance to not repeat their mistakes for a better future. There is no need to be shy with our culture and we as students are responsible to discover our lost past. I am aware we should respect one another in every aspect.

Mini Report
PMI Sports League was organized by the Committee of Persatuan Mahasiswa Islam UTM on Friday. There are popular games be held which are futsal for boys and netball for girls. The game that I have joined open to girl students from different colleges. It is a netball competition and we were playing in the league matches. The game starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 12.30 p.m. with the closing ceremony in front of the K9 & K10 arcade. The advantages of joining this activity are becoming more proactive, able to have a productive weekend, and able to spend leisure time with my friends. I believe by joining this program allows me to cooperate as a team member in defending and attack other opponents. The focused graduate attribute of this game is to improve our teamwork physically and emotionally and follow the leader's strategy.
Reflection
I really enjoy playing netball with my friends even though I used to hate playing netball back in schools. In order to play netball, my friends taught me how to do play step by step. What I learned from this game is to be supportive and have great teamwork with other members. One thing for sure, we played not for the win, but to use our leisure time to escape from hectic assignments. Turns out, there is an inner spirit in us to do our best. Our opponents were very skillful and from our games, I learned how to improve my netball techniques the more I played it. It is a really refreshing and worthwhile moment. I realized that play in a team helps us to communicate better and learn how to respect each other. This teamwork attribute should be used in other group activities too. The bond between my members has grown deeper as we getting know each other. I have gained meaningful values in playing games which one of them is tolerance.
