On the 20th of November, we had a lab session about the simulation of signal. Every group can use one computer with pre-installed NI LabVIEW software in order to do the simulation signal. We had learnt on how the basics of building a virtual instrument (VI) and also how to analyse and save a signal using virtual instrument.
We generated the signal by using the Simulation Signal function. For this experiment, we need to go through steps by steps as this was our first time doing it. After we have the signal, we add the knob to control the amplitude. The other steps is to change the signal like form sine signal to sawtooth signal and also we can learn how to connect different apparatus to the circuit.
In conclusion, the experiment taught us a lot on how to do simulation of the signal. We manage to complete all the steps.
