Hey there! My name is Indradevi but you can me Indra. I am an independent, active person and a fast learner. I love to listen to music while hand lettering as well as bullet journaling. During my free time, prefer to read or watch mysteries and unsolved crimes. Besides, I love the outdoors, thus I enjoy the little things in life : ) I chose to pursue in Bioinformatics as I aim to break the typical stereotype that Biology is all about life and experiments. I am keen on diving and incorporating biology data with computer and analytics. My dream to pursue on genomics and analyzing information using programming.

INDRADEVI A/P VIKNESHWARAN's Reflection

My main goal concerning this course would be to graduate this course with a Frist-class Honours in degree. Besides, I aim to obtain a CGPA above 3.5 for every semester. After my degree, I would love to pursue this course until PhD
My strategy to improve my potential in this industry is to study smart. I hope to do more research on this industry and the opportunities it provides. I would also do more self-reading and learning new things besides only focusing on the courses taught. I believe that knowledge is unlimited and everyone is a lifelong learner. To improve myself for the upcoming semesters, I am seeking advice and guidance from seniors, as they have the experience.
2020 has been tough with the COVID-19 pandemic and MCO. Thus starting my first-year first semester online has been a new experience for me. I faced so many challenges to cope with the courses online especially with so many distractions. Even so, I always give my best in assignments, quizzes and tests. The biggest challenge I have faced is having group assignments and projects since we did not meet face-to-face and barely know each other. However, with technology, I learned to communicate effectively and complete group assignments. Therefore, I would thank my classmates for helping out and supporting me throughout this semester. My biggest takeaway from this semester is the importance of technologies for our non-face-to-face communication and that we should always be prepared for uncertainties in life.
