To start this reflection, I would like to thank and give appreciation to my lecturer ,Dr Norsham Idris for her help during this continuous assessment project. This project consists of 4 parts which each team member needs to swap leadership. My dedicated team is none other than Soo toh Xin Hui , Faiz Irfan and William Ho Ze Qian. We carefully divided and determined the order of leadership during the early stage of the project. After the discussion , we have decided that I will be the leader for PR1. In PR1 , our team needed to create a proposal for the project. 

In this PR1 ,we have been tasked to create a proposal of JKSNJ File Management System. The proposed system is needed to handle the huge amount of files and also its user record usage . In our plan, we designed this system to provide a database management system for the storage of files and records that are used in JKSNJ. By creating this system it will ease the process of borrowing, disposal , and its respective approval process.

As this is a new team that is arranged by the lecturer, it is a bit awkward at first to interact with each other . This is mostly due to the fact that we are not familiar with each other before. This causes a little problem especially during discussion . However, every team member is very reasonable and respectful with each other. Based on my leadership during this PR1,and based on 5 levels of leadership by Maxwell, I think I have implemented level 2 which is permissions. I always try to maintain a good relationship with other team members. Every time a team member ask for help or opinion I always lend them a hand 

In conclusion, this group project have teach me a lot as a team member and as a team leader.I am also satisfied with the team effort in order to complete the PR1
