Reflection
What I have learned from today's class is how important communicating skill is. Be able to talk and deliver the idea is a crucial skill that I need to develop as time passes. From the video that was presented, the first thing that I learned is that we always need to understand and obey any instructions that we are given. Besides, getting the achievement (A+/lots of the major projects) will not secure employment.
I also learned what to dos and donts in order to get employed. Most important point is that we do NOT expect/demand a high salary for that job. Next is be able to think critically is a must for the employee. We must also grab opportunities and risks whenever we can. Other things that I learned is that employability has 3 crucial elements which each of them need the others 2 to succeed; knowledge, skills, and positive attribute. Lastly, I learned that team-working is vital as it can develop communication skills, thinking skills, adaptability when mixed with the global citizen.
