UHMT1012 Graduate Success Attribute is a course delivering knowledge about the attribute of UTM graduate skills. There are a variety of basic skills that the UTM graduates needed to have such as communication, thinking, scholarship, teamwork & leadership, adaptability, global citizenship and enterprising skills.
There is a total of 8 chapters in this course. The 8 chapters are “Understanding Graduate Employability and Soft Skills”, “Scholarship Skill”, “Communication Skills”, "Thinking Skills", “Leadership and Teamworking”, “Enterprising Skills”, “Adaptability Skills” and “Global Citizen Skills”.

Assignment 2 - Group Project Assignments
The group project assignment of UHMT1012 Graduate Success Attribute is a collection of assignments which required students to create a company and sell the product based on the product of design thinking assignment of SECP1513 Technology & Information System. We have to think, plan, organize and simulate the actions we needed to take when we are creating a business through this assignment. For example, we need to have meetings to discuss and plan for the future of both company and product, advertising our product by stating our product's advantages over others and create a business plan.
This group project assignment consists of three assignments, which are Minutes of Meeting, Company Profile & Product Brochure and Lean Business Plan & 3-Minute Pitching Video.

Assignment 3 - COVID-19 Awareness Video Assignment
This assignment required students to create a creative video to raise public awareness about the COVID-19. We had created a short video to state the current issue of rising COVID-19 cases in the world, especially in Malaysia and the DO's and DON'Ts during COVID-19 pandemic.

Reflection
I had learnt a lot about the skills needed by graduates after taking this course. The skills required are communication skills, thinking skills, scholarship, leadership and teamworking skills, adaptability, global citizen and enterprising skills. These skills had been introduced during the class and practised through the class activities. Besides, our skills such as communication skills, thinking skills, leadership and teamworking skills, adaptability and enterprising skills can be improved through completing the assignments of this course. These skills will be useful when I am joining the workforce after graduation. This course had helped me to prepare myself to embrace the future without fears.
