PERSONAL INFORMATION
Hi, I'm Siti Safura and you can call me Safura. I'm 20 years old. I live at Johor and was born in Hospital Sultanah Aminah in Johor. My primary school was Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Melayu, then my Secondary school at SMK Gelang Patah. Then, I continued my study at Johor matriculation college. Now, I’m very glad to say that I’m a Bachelor of Management (Technology) from Azman Hashim International Business School at UTM. So here, I want to share some of my privilege. I have the freedom to complete any task that is requested. this is due to the fact that I enjoy learning new things and considering them to be experiences. Other than that, I like to communicate with many people to build the relationship and add a new friend. I participate in a lot of sports since they help me stay fit and healthy. Not only that, but I can think of inventive solutions to problems.

Dear everybody, Assalamualikum, and good day. I'm delighted to report that during my year of studies at UTM, I had a great time. Taking a business management (technology) course at the Azman Hashim International National School faculty makes me feel fortunate as well. this is due to the fact that all of my lecturers and buddies in semesters 1 and 2 are excellent and constantly assist me in doing all of the challenging as well as simple assignments. Even if I sometimes find it very challenging to master a subject for which I lack the fundamentals, I am proud to be able to understand it quickly. Marketing, economics, financial management, and accounting are a few examples of the areas I don't have a basic understanding of. Without realizing it, I was able to effectively complete my first semester. I also expect to achieve great achievements this semester and make the dean's list of students. In this course, I was able to gain a great deal of new information as well as time management skills, how to finish assignments quickly and completely, how to dare to connect with strangers, and finally, how to ask questions if we are unsure of something. In overall, I'm really enjoy with this course and want to do my best till graduate.
WHAT'S IN CANVA
On April 4, 2023, I joined a virtual programme through Webex. The purpose of this programme is to expose UTM students to the use of Canva in order to create professional and formal tasks. During the programme, we learned about the various features and tools available on Canva that can enhance our design skills. The instructors also provided us with practical examples and step-by-step guidance on creating visually appealing and impactful designs for different purposes. This programme has equipped me with the ability to create visually stunning presentation slides that effectively communicate my ideas in a professional manner. Additionally, I have gained the skills to edit and produce unique videos without relying on multiple social media platforms, allowing me to streamline my creative process. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Canva now has a feature that allows me to easily create tables within the platform. This has greatly improved my workflow and saved me time from having to manually copy and paste tables from Word. Having the opportunity to participate in programs like Power BI and Excel, which offer similar functions to Canva, would greatly enhance my skill set and prepare me for future job responsibilities. These Microsoft programs are widely used in various industries, and gaining proficiency in them would undoubtedly make me a valuable asset to any organization.
SHIMMY WITH ZUMBA
On 19 May 2023, I attended a programme called Shimmy with Zumba and it was held at the basketball court, K9. It was organized by the Students of Human Resources Development (SMART) UTM. The programme aimed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students while providing a fun and energetic atmosphere. Participants were able to enjoy a variety of dance routines and exercises led by experienced Zumba instructors. The event fostered a sense of unity among UTM students from different faculties, creating an inclusive environment for everyone to participate and have a great time. Additionally, the program fosters a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among students, as we work together on various projects and activities. Through this program, I had the opportunity to expand my social circle and build connections with individuals from diverse academic backgrounds I believe that leading a healthy lifestyle is essential to maintaining my productivity and well-being. I hope to be able to take part in more programs similar to this one in order to maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
INTERNATIONAL EID CELEBRATION
I took part in the International Day Celebration, which was arranged by the UTM Human Resource Development Students (SMART), on May 13, 2023. I signed up for this program in order to learn about festivals in different nations, such as Indonesia and others. I was also able to witness many varieties of clothes showcased by Indonesian students thanks to this event. Initially, I found it somewhat odd as I had never seen their clothing in Malaysia. I was able to determine that the clothes were not from Malaysia after hearing the event presenter clarify things. The event showcased the diversity of cultures and traditions, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of different festive attires. It was fascinating to witness the vibrant colours and intricate designs of Indonesian clothes, which added a unique touch to the overall experience. Additionally, this program offers students the chance to learn about the various Raya cuisines from many nations. The food served at Raya by Indonesian students differs from that served during Raya in Malaysia. Additionally, this may increase understanding of Indonesian culture. In addition, a variety of students take part in this program in order to learn about Malaysian food and Raya customs. Their appearance is appealing. Furthermore, there are several fascinating activities and performances available. Moreover, this program provides a platform for students to interact and build friendships with peers from different backgrounds, fostering a sense of unity and appreciation for diversity. Lastly, this programme also offers opportunities for students to engage in community service projects, allowing them to make a positive impact on the local community. Additionally, participating in this program has expanded my knowledge and appreciation for different traditions and customs, making me more culturally aware and open-minded.
