Being part of the Special Tasks Committee for "Sukan Kolej 9&10 2023 (Sukses'23)" organized by Jawatankuasa Mahasiswa Kolej 9&10 was an exhilarating experience. From November 16th to 18th, the Kolej 9&10 venue was filled with competitive spirits and a strong sense of unity among participants.

The meticulous planning and teamwork were evident as athletes showcased their talent, and supporters cheered passionately throughout the event. Overcoming challenges and adapting to unforeseen circumstances highlighted our team's resilience and adaptability.

The collective dedication of the organizing team and the enthusiastic participation from everyone involved made Sukses'23 a resounding success. As a committee member, I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an event that celebrated sportsmanship and college camaraderie.

Reflecting on this experience, the lessons learned and the bonds formed will undoubtedly influence future endeavors. Feedback received will guide improvements for upcoming events, ensuring a continued celebration of sports and fostering a strong sense of community within Kolej 9&10.

Participating in the "What's In Canva?" program on April 10, 2023, via the Webex online platform provided a deep dive into the functionalities and possibilities offered by Canva, an innovative design tool. Despite the virtual setting, the sessions were engaging and informative, offering a comprehensive understanding of Canva's features, catering to various design needs.

The program's structure was impressive, covering Canva's basics and progressing to more advanced features. From crafting captivating social media graphics to professional presentations and marketing materials, the program showcased Canva's versatility in a practical, hands-on manner.

What stood out was the program's focus on practical application. The live demonstrations were invaluable, allowing participants to follow along and implement the concepts in real time. Learning directly from experienced Canva users offered unique insights and shortcuts that significantly enhanced the learning curve.

Moreover, the program didn't just teach the technicalities but emphasized the aesthetics and principles of design. Understanding these fundamental aspects while learning to utilize Canva's tools added a layer of creativity and confidence in design tasks.

The networking opportunities were another highlight. Engaging with fellow participants provided a platform to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from diverse perspectives, creating a supportive community of Canva enthusiasts.

Reflecting on the experience, the program was undeniably beneficial. It equipped me with practical skills, deepened my understanding of design principles, and expanded my creative horizon. This newfound knowledge will undoubtedly elevate my ability to create impactful visual content using Canva in various personal and professional endeavors.

Participating in the Sharing Talk program on Sexual Harassment Awareness conducted via the Webex platform was an impactful and eye-opening experience. The session, which took place on January 14, 2023, served as an enlightening platform where participants engaged in candid conversations, shedding light on the various dimensions and repercussions of sexual harassment.

One of the most compelling aspects was the courage and resilience displayed by survivors and advocates who shared their personal stories. Their narratives brought to the forefront the harsh realities of harassment and underscored the importance of creating safe spaces for survivors to speak out and seek support. Witnessing such bravery was not only inspiring but also served as a poignant reminder of the urgency to address this pervasive societal issue.

Moreover, the program sparked a personal commitment within me to advocate for change and actively contribute to fostering a culture of respect and equality. Reflecting on the discussions and insights shared during the program, I feel a heightened sense of responsibility to contribute to creating safer environments in my community, workplace, and beyond.
