SECP1513 Technology and Information System

     As a primer subject, this course will introduce students to information systems and technology (IS / IT), as well as its uses in daily life both at home and at work. Various aspects of  IS / IT encompassing hardware, software, network, communications, internet, multiedia, graphics and system applications will be introduced. 

   Students will be equipped with basic skills in handling PC installation and productivity tools via practical work in the labs, which shall comprise a major part of he study. At the end of the course, student should be able to distinguish basic IS / IT component and applications.

 From the course, I be able to learn and develop about technology, computer systems and more from doing the assignment and visiting exhibitions. The knowledge and skills I gained from this subject would help me soon during the next semesters and maybe, during my working life.

     Also, it's a new experience for me to be in a team with two international students. we work together for various assignments including design thinking report, Innovate Johor poster, CICT report and lastly MaGICX report.

     Last but not least, thank you to our lecturer, Dr Aryati who has been helping and dedicated in helping and making sure the students get to finish all the assignments according to the appropriate format.
