SECR1013 Digital Logic

Course Synopsis

Digital logic or Digital electronics is the foundation of all microprocessor-based systems found in computers, robots, automobiles, and industrial control systems. This course introduces the students to digital electronics and provides a broad overview of many important concepts, components, and tools.

Students will get up-to-date coverage of digital fundamentals-from basic concepts to programmable logic devices. Laboratory experiments provide hands-on experience with the simulator software, actual devices and circuits studied in the classroom.

Before learning Digital Logic, I was introduced to binary digit in Computer Science subject during matriculation. So, while learning this subject, I learned more details about binary and it uses. Also, I'm excited with the lab session, to use the ETS. Also, learning digital logic is fun but so many theories that we need to be able to understand deeply and can diffrentiate many types of components or functions in it.
