On October 22, 2022, I began my journey as a first-time visitor at the UNBOCS Carnival at Dewan Sultan Ibrahim, UTM, which marked my entry into the vivid tapestry of university life. Choosing to attend the event was a deliberate decision, motivated by a desire to explore diverse interests, build a sense of belonging, and actively contribute to the campus environment. The event allowed me to engage with other groups and societies, revealing a plethora of opportunities beyond my academic endeavors.
The event, with its emphasis on interpersonal skills, teamwork, and networking, provided an exciting setting for my first journey into these critical components of personal and professional development. As a first-time participant, I was thrilled to enjoy the energetic culture that promoted adaptability and originality. Participating in interactive booths, workshops, and performances broadened my perspective and immersed me in the rich culture of campus life. The event was more than simply an event; it was a starting point for a new chapter, a place where I could traverse the dynamic landscape of student life and make connections that would influence my university experience.
Self-Reflection
Reflecting on my first UNBOCS Carnival experience, I realized that it was a transforming trip. Networking with various student groups not only improved my interpersonal skills but also gave me a good peek into the different tapestry of perspectives that university life has. My social disposition proved to be an excellent asset, allowing me to easily interact with other groups and contribute to the lively atmosphere.
Managing time effectively amidst the abundance of events proved difficult yet rewarding. Setting priorities and creating a schedule helped me make the most of the event. Seeking advice from more experienced players became a key component of my learning process, providing ideas that stretched beyond the event.
The challenges I had throughout the event served as stepping stones for my personal and academic improvement. The UNBOCS Carnival, in essence, provided a welcome entry into UTM's diverse and lively community, leaving an indelible impression on my first-time participation experience.

Participating in the mobile gaming event at SUKAN SAINS KOMPUTER 2023 (SUSKOM' 23) as a member of Team WeLoveCat was an exciting introduction to the dynamic world of esports. Joining this tournament was more than just gaming,it was a passionate investigation of talents in a competitive atmosphere, motivated by a profound love of mobile gaming. Regardless of the conclusion, of our team's defeat, the trip provided significant insights and relationships inside the gaming world. The friendships that developed among competitors gave a new depth to the gaming experience.
The tournament's content was full of competitive matchups, strategic planning, and joint efforts. It was a platform on which Team WeLoveCat demonstrated not only gaming prowess but also strategic thought and agility in real-time. The lessons learned extend beyond the gaming field, highlighting the value of perseverance and collaboration in many aspects of life.
Self-Reflection
The SUKAN SAINS KOMPUTER 2023 (SUSKOM' 23) mobile gaming championship, particularly representing Team WeLoveCat, was a sad phase in my journey, inspiring intense self-reflection. While the end outcome was a defeat, the setbacks provided transformative possibilities for growth and self-evaluation. The experience not only improved strategic thinking and adaptation, but also emphasized the importance of resilience in the face of defeat, capturing the spirit of Team WeLoveCat.
My participation emphasized the value of teamwork and communication in a competitive environment, hence contributing to the development of critical graduate characteristics. Despite the loss, the event offered a platform for Team WeLoveCat's unique capabilities, as well as my extensive expertise in mobile game dynamics and strategic thinking. Actively contributing to team goals and techniques, our involvement expanded beyond gaming to become an exercise in leadership and teamwork that mirrored Team WeLoveCat's friendship.
Overcoming the problem of losing required productive team talks, rigorous gameplay analysis, and a dedication to continual progress. This event highlighted the dynamic interplay between personal strengths, teamwork, and perseverance, emphasizing how failures, whether in gaming or real life, can transform chances for growth and development.

My involvement as a participant in the UTM ESPORTS film COMPETITION 2.0 went beyond simple creative expression, it was a critical endeavor to create an immersive esports film for Instagram and TikTok's discriminating audiences on 3 March 2023. Although my position did not include committee involvement, my commitment to artistic innovation contributed significantly to the event's overall success.
Participating in this competition was based on a deep passion for esports, which provides an exclusive platform for combining innovation and creativity. The competition, with its primary focus on honing essential graduate traits such as communication, creativity, and teamwork, evolved into an environment where I could demonstrate my abilities and engage in a dynamic debate with like-minded peers.
The process of creating my video turned into a symphony of debate and collaboration, weaving a story that went beyond simple entertainment. It aims to depict a day in the life of an esports enthusiast to not only entertain but also educate and develop a feeling of camaraderie within the UTM esports community.

Participating in the ultras also taught me how to motivate my teammates effectively.
