Design Thinking
Design thinking is a process of critical thinking used to develop solutions to problems through collaboration, innovation and design. Design thinking helps prepare student for a world where skills such as teamwork, problem solving, communication, analysis, creativity and the ability to influence others is becoming increasingly important in the work force. Students need to record and document all the process in design thinking which empathy, define, ideate, prototype and testing.

Talk 1-Industrial 4.0:Past, Present, Future
On 24 November 2020, a sharing session had been held which was 'Industrial 4.0: Past, Present, Future' on Cisco WebEx platform. All of Technology and Information System students were required to listen to this talk given by Mr Redzuan Shah bin Yussoff and Mr Nik Kamal Izuddin bin Nik Ibrahim from 10AM until 12PM.

Reflection
My goal concerning this course is to be able know more about the Information System and Technology and relate it with my daily life to help me to understand better how it works. I can know more about Internet, software, PC handling and many more by joining this course and this will help me in the future for my career life which is also related to this subject.
To improve my potential in the industry, I need to keep updated about the IT world because the technology kept changing and something new comes everyday. Hence, to stay in the industry, I should get more knowledge and keep updated so I will never miss useful information that might be needed for my career life.
