Week 1 ( 19/7/2020-25/7/2020)

It planned to start on 20th July 2020, so I go to the company's location to observe and analyze all the conditions such as road condition, any alternatives roads can be used to go and going back to home, also know where to park the vehicles on the first day later.

Registered for the 1st time as an internship student at the company and met En. Ahmad Fairuz B. Ahmad Dailami, Executive Customer Service Operation, and also as our supervisor. En. Ahmad Fairuz led us to the service center and show us the working station/operation.

En. Ahmad Fairuz then assigns En. Nasrullah was a technician at Bay 7 to guide and lead me until the end of industrial training. En. Anas guide and share his knowledge as a technician with me on ways to handle customer car service. I learned how to read the RO and know the customer demands for the services stated also on how to get the parts needed for the services.
