Introduction
The first industrial talk that I went to was about Industrial Revolution 4.0 hosted by Mr. Nik Kamal Izuddin Bin Nik Ibrahim with Mr. Redzuan Shah Bin Yussof as the speaker. Mr. Redzuan Shah is the Director of Southern Strategic Economic Region in Telekom Malaysia.
In this industrial talk, Mr. Redzuan explained about the industrial revolution from the beginning which was the first industrial revolution until the current industrial revolution which is the forth. He also emphasized on the development and the process that took part on the changes of industrial revolution.

Reflection
After attending this talk, I realized that I need to be ready mentally and physically to face the industrial revolution. I need to improve and add up more skills to fulfil the required skills in the industrial revolution because some occupation might not be relevant anymore when everything involves technology but some will still be useful and needed even with the growth of technology.
