Introduction
The very first assignment for the student was to do a presentation on chapter given. All students were divided into several groups with at 3 members per group. I was in Group 5 along with two of my group members which are Muhammad Luqman Bin Nazam and Aliya Malika Sugimin. We were given chapter 7 which is Secondary Storage.
Secondary storage is a nonvolatile storage that stores programs and data regardless of power. It is a permanent storage as it permanently saves information for the user's future use. There are several types of secondary storage like internal and external hard disk, solid state device like flash memory cards, solid state drives and flash drives, optical discs and cloud storage.

Reflection
At the end of this assignment, I learned a lot about secondary storage as I did some research on things that were not included in the slides which is how the data in optical discs been read by computers. It is quite interesting to know more about this chapter because the most basic that we know about secondary storage is they are nonvolatile storage so to do research on this topic will be very useful and interesting at the same time.
