Programme Information:
This program makes up part of a college program called Kolej Rahman Putra, and it was held on October 26th, 2022, at SMKP Vokasional Indrahpura in Kulai.
Graduate Attributes:
1. Leadership and Teamworking Skills:
In terms of my herb planting experience, I learnt and observed my leader in action, whereas the leader should oversee the quality of the work, ensuring that herbs are planted appropriately and well cared for. Regular inspections and feedback can aid in the maintenance of good standards. Create a thorough plan outlining the project's timetable, tasks, and responsibilities. Ensure that each team member understands their responsibilities as well as the overall project timeline.
2. Communication Skills:
In regard to interpersonal skills, I feel that if the project involves students or volunteers who have never planted herbs before, excellent communication is required to offer clear directions and training. The ability to step-by-step describe the planting method may ensure that the herbs are planted appropriately. To coordinate the actions of all team members, clear and efficient communication is required. This includes going through tasks, timeframes, and responsibilities. Team meetings and updates on a regular basis serve to keep everyone informed and on the same page.

Mini Report:
The herb planting project at SMPK Vokasional Indrapura, Kulai, is a worthy attempt at building a sustainable and green environment among our school community members. This initiative, led by an attentive group of students and volunteers, not only beautified their school surroundings but also taught everyone involved essential lessons about gardening and environmental responsibility. Not to mention that community engagement entails including students, instructors, and volunteers in a joint effort to create and manage herb gardens. The organizers also ensure that the herbs planted are appropriate for the school's surroundings and that the herbs planted will be beneficial to the school in the near future.
Self-Reflection:
On the contrary, I believe that gardening promotes awareness. I've discovered a sense of serenity and relaxation when caring for the plants. My whole well-being has benefited from this mindfulness exercise. Environmental responsibility is one of the effects herbs had on me since I believed they made me more ecologically concerned. Understanding the significance of organic methods, water conservation, and trash reduction has been eye-opening. I'm now more devoted to incorporating eco-friendly practices into my regular routine. The herb planting initiative has not only changed their school, but it has also instilled in their peers and community a feeling of environmental care. We are dedicated to developing and improving this effort in the future, continuing our objective of building a greener and more sustainable school environment.
