RSS
The programme was essential in helping students at residential colleges develop a sense of community. By bringing together the Principal, the Members of the Council of Fellows, and the residents, the program created a platform for interaction, communication, and connection, which gave a positive impact on students' communication skills. Meeting the college's leadership team and getting to know other residents strengthened the sense of community and shared identity among the college community. Another significant aspect of the program was the opportunity to learn about the activities conducted by the college over the past year. This programme also bridged the gap between authority figures and residents, making the college administration more approachable and accessible. The knowledge obtained from this programme will surely help create a residential college environment that is more coherent and lively, where residents feel encouraged, connected, and inspired to make significant contributions. Residents were able to recognise areas of interest where they might actively contribute or participate while also appreciating the breadth and depth of the activities.
The program's goal was to assist students in improving their performance abilities in academics, athletics, and other areas, including their self-esteem and development of interpersonal and social skills. The programme, which was conducted in KTDI Facebook Live and began at 9:00 p.m., was officiated by KTDI Principal, Lt. Kol. Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Noor Azli Bin Hj. Ali Khan. The graduate attributes that were focused on are communication skills, leadership and teamworking skills, and adaptability. This program's goal was to acquaint KTDI students with the college's principal and the members of the council of fellows. Additionally, it served to give KTDI locals a general picture of the college and the year's worth of activities. It was moderated by one of the Member from Student Council which was Amal Husna. The Principal engaged the students in a Q&A session after his speech and sharing session during which he discussed a variety of fascinating activities that had been carried out in the college.
