REPORT

This program was carried out by GGMA CLUB annually. It is an annual program which will be help physically but this time it was online because of some unavoidable issues. AGM is an event to eliminate and thank the older authorized community of the club and to welcome new board members to the club with a happy start.

This program will happen every year by hook or by crook because the new upcoming students will have to tale over the duties of the club and conduct it throughout the term. It gives chances to new studetns in this club to be a leader and part of the team.

REFLECTION

Becoming a president of an event was not an easy task at all. Thanks to all my seniors and team becuase this program is handled every year, the flow or protocol of the program is almost the same every single time unless there are new amendments made according to the situation. Hence i got to use the old rules and regulations of this program as a guide for me to conduct the event.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to my team and friends that supported me during this programme and ensured that it was a genuine success for the entire team. Without effective collaboration, none of our efforts would have produced a successful outcome with several triumphs.
