REPORT

This program was carried out by Persatuan Mahasiswa Hindu, UTM,JB. It is an annual event of PMHUTM. This club is a well-known club in utm carried out by our uni students. We conduct many activities throughout the year. It is a big teamwork to complete all activites palnned. hence, i was a part of the exco sports team. We carried out many events throughout the term of the year.

All the activites and events are carried out by all four of the exco members. We had to plan the activites to be conducted online without any clashese with exams and other events. It was kind of a challenging task to set the dates of the events because in that part of the month, all students had to through exams and tests. it was a great challenge but we managed to overcome it by planning accordingly.

REFLECTION

From being a member of sports bureau in this club, I have gained many interesting interstate level experiences by conducting many activites and joining them. I have learnt to conduct many activities alongside my helpful team members and achieve our targets accordingly. This event gave me so many helpful experience to be in a part of a team. It has really taught me the importance of teamwork and communication. it has also developed my skills to become a better leader.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to my team and friends that supported me during this programme and ensured that it was a genuine success for the entire team. Without effective collaboration, none of our efforts would have produced a successful outcome with several triumphs.
