REPORT

This program was carried out by Persatuan Mahasiswa Hindu, UTM,JB. It is an annual event of PMHUTM. This club is a well-known club in utm carried out by our university students. We conduct many activities throughout the year. It is a big teamwork to complete all activites palnned. I was a part of the bureau of sports exco and we had to condcut the whole sports month throughout the month. I was given the role of a vice director. I had to help my director with many paperoworks and cover almost all the duties.

Vice director is an average difficult role because all the duties that can not be handled by our directrs will be given to us to handle and complete it. This program has taught me lots of great knowledge

REFLECTION

From being the vice driector of this event for a whole month, I have truly learned lots of vauable lessons. I got to go through so many problems and solving it was one of the best memories that I will remember forever. Moreover, it helped me to develop my soft skills and communication skills in all new level because i had to talk alot to my team members. Also handle so many other activites and conduct meetings.

I am truly grateful towards my team and friends who really helped me out through this program until it became a real success for the whole team. Without a proper teamwork all our work would not have been a fruitful result with various victories.
