9.00 a.m : Report duty at Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad HQ at Kuala Lumpur
10.00 a.m : Briefing regarding industrial training at AZRB by En. Wan Efaizil from Human Resource Department.
12.00 p.m : Heads to PJHZ project site at Putrajaya to report duty.
2.00 p.m : Report duty at project site.
3.00 p.m : Briefing regarding scope of work by supervisor.
5.00 p.m : End of working hours.
Summary:
Had a short briefing regarding tho the job scope during the internship programme at AZRB by supervisor and introduction to PJHZ project.

Activities
1. Learn how to read technical drawing by using the technical drawing of the project.
2. Learn how the plumbing system inside a commercial building works.
3. Supervisor give a brief explanation regarding to the air-conditioning system inside the building works.
4. Joined the meeting of the project. From this meeting, I learnt how the engineers solve problems that occurs throughout the project.

1. Had a toolbox session in the morning. It is held every Wednesday. Compulsory for all staff including constructions workers.
2. Learn how lightning protection works in a tall building. For tall building, meshed conductors lightning protection system is used. The purpose of the system is to protect a structure from damage caused by being struck by lightning by providing a low-resistance path to ground for the lightning to follow and disperse.
