Reflection
The most novel aspect of this program for me was learning how to use StreamYard. StreamYard is a live streaming studio that offers a variety of tools to help us make our live streams more professional and appealing. In my opinion, this is a valuable skills that I will be able to utilise in the future, as our current situation necessitates a lot of webinars, online events, and meetings in replacement of real gatherings. I have been assigned to control the layout, background, overlay, input/output and the flow until the end of the event. Contributing to community really give me happiness and during this workshop, I enjoyed every single things that I do to keep the speakers, audience and committee satisfied with my service.
At the end of the day, I can conclude that this workshop and contest was really useful to university students because some of our task need to be submitted with video format during this online learning. They can learn a new way to make a great video with little effort as many tips were given by the speakers through out the webinar. From my perspective as a technical unit, I realized that preparation is very important in every aspect of life especially when dealing with important occasion. In my scenario, the preparation such as understanding the flow of the event, inspection of every device and tools, internet bandwidth and personal health can gave a affect even with little uncertainties. To be honest, now technical unit is my favourite position in PERSAKA as it challenged me to give a better performance than my previous live stream.
