Introduction
Sports & E-Games 2022 or SEGA ’22 was organized by committee member Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI) from 3rd December 2021 to 18th December 2021. I volunteered for this initiative and was part of the PUBG Mobile competition crew. The PUBG Mobile competition took place on 10th , 11th, and 17th December 2021. The program was held online due to the Covid-19 outbreak that had ravaged our country at the time. This initiative allows students and members of the community to compete in an event even when they are at home.

Self Reflection
I discovered throughout the planning of this event that effective communication is crucial for a team to keep track of the game points. To prevent any miscommunications about which gaming system should be taken care of, it is crucial to consult the rest of the crew. It's also crucial to have strong leadership and teamwork abilities since if there is no one in charge and no cooperation during the game, the program won't operate well. Additionally, having strong analytical abilities is crucial because not everything always goes as planned. As a result, in order to move cautiously, one must consider all possible choices. I see that my team benefits from maintaining the game's scoring system because there are no issues. The only difficulty encountered during the game was when the pace of the game accelerated to the point where we occasionally missed it, resulting in their names having a tiny inaccuracy in the game point table. However, it can be avoided by doing a few checks to ensure everything is in order.
