Introduction

Annual Grand Meeting 2022 (AGM'22) is an annual event by CGMA for the election of new committee members. This program was held on Saturday, 14th May 2022 by CGMA. I am one of the participants in this program as I am also a student of Computer Science (Graphic and Multimedia Software). The program was held online due to the Covid-19 outbreak that had ravaged our country at the time. This initiative allows students of Computer Science (Graphics and Multimedia Software) to gain more knowledge about Computer Graphics.

Self Reflection

The program seeks to identify the candidates who will ultimately lead this association. As a result, persons selected for this program must possess the ability to lead. By giving participants a solid selection, I could tell that they were effective in creating leaders throughout the program. In this program, we are required to vote on the candidate for the position of CGMA president. We must consider carefully who deserves to be the next leader before making our decision. This is because, if we make a bad decision, it will hurt both this association and ourselves personally.
